Thomas Kummer

Thomas Kummer, born April 10th 1961, Waldenburg / Sachsen.
Makes fabulous studio pottery, with mainly a sgraffito technique and fills the scratched-out parts with a high karat of gold or platinum. All his works are stoneware( 1250 C.) and all the vases or cups are also glazed on the inside and can there for be used as well besides being a stunning design object.
Top end stores that sell his pottery are Christian Dior in Paris and Metz & co. in Amsterdam.
